SEASON STATISTICS COMPILED 11-19-14 LMS

When the Sacajawea Team met this month it heard year end statistics from Center Director Lin Gray. She said that from January 1 of this year through October 30 the center had been rented for a total of 473 hours. The most number of rentals took place in May followed closely by September. The center was rented for 65 days throughout the season and was most frequently rented for meetings and trainings.

Team Chairman Fred Waidely said a Resolution to adopt the centerís Mission Statement has been reviewed by the team and sent on to the full council with an approval recommendation.

Waidely said a proposal for re-grading and landscaping of the main entrance berm has been submitted by Denise Ford. The work will feature the entry sign location, a topography concept and a planting concept. The team submitted the preliminary designs to the council.

The chairman said that the Americans With Disabilities restroom compliance upgrades have been deferred until next Spring. Waidely said Herbeck Construction has been selected to do the cement work when weather permits.

The next meeting of the Sacajawea Team will be at 4:15 on December 10. The public is invited to attend.
